BAND BLADE MECHANIC GRINDING UNIT - RF 130

The BAND BLADE MECHANIC GRINDING UNIT - RF 130 grinding unit is a machine designed to grind the sides of stellite® coated log band saw blades teeth.

All movements are electro-pneumatically controlled and dimensioned in order to obtain a precise and smooth shifting.

The overall structure of the machine, which is made entirely of electrically welded steel, is compact and very strong to ensure high-precision grinding.

The vice closure is double acting: strong grip during tooth grinding, minimum grip during blade feed.

The downward movement of the grinding wheel heads is also split into two distinct phases: fast during the approach stage, slow during the tooth grinding stage.

The on-board switchboard features an ergonomically positioned operator panel on which are fitted the easily identified selectors and teeth counters.
