Rigid and compact arc-welded steel opposed roller feeder designed for reliable strip feeding in press operations.

The rollers are synchronously driven by the press camshaft through a lever mechanism, combining high strip traction, high feed speed, and precise material positioning.

The rollers are pressed against each other by an easily adjustable electro-pneumatic system with very low air consumption.

The mechanical roller feeder is mounted directly onto the press bolster (press bench) and allows both vertical and horizontal adjustments, which are particularly useful during die setup and tooling operations.
