Double uncoiling reels SD

Uncoilers with double braked idle mandrel comprise a head that supports the two mandrels that can rotate through 180° on a sturdy central structure.
Rotation is manual with retaining catch at the two opposite positions.
The two ground steel mandrel shafts support four self-centring expanding spokes each, including eight adjustable and removable strip guides to hold the coil. The two coil-holding mandrels may be idle and with brake or motorised, according to needs. The mandrels may be expanded manually with handle or hydraulically with a motorised pump.
The strip loop is controlled by two contact rollers positioned at the base of the reel to reduce the length of the unwinding loop to a minimum.
The electrical cabinet is complete with a control panel and is separate from the machine.
