This line consists of a compact uncoiling, straightening and feeding unit, a press with punch and, downstream, a straightening, camber levelling and unloading unit of the pieces, ready for assembly.

BAND SAW BLADE SHEARING LINE FOR LOG CUTTERS

This line consists of an uncoiling and feeding unit, a press with punch and, downstream, a manual shearing unit and unloading table of the toothed blade.

When installed in a suitable plant, this machine feeds and blanks (punches) fabric or similar material. 

PIPE CUTTING MACHINE MOD SAT 350

Cutting machine model SAT350 for pipes in copper, zinc-titanium and stainless steel, in diameters from 80 to 120 [mm].

This machine is used in a certain phase for producing guttering elbows.
The pipes are cut and sectioned without removal and without producing cutting dust.
A head parallel with the cutting head widens the piping suitably for the processes on the next machines.

TRIMMER FOR PIPE ELBOWS

Trimmer Mod. RBC2 for guttering elbows in copper, zinc-titanium and stainless steel, in diameters from 60 to 120 [mm].

This machine is used in the final phase for producing guttering elbows.
The elbows are trimmed without removal and without producing cutting dust; the trims are unloaded from the machine by means of a slide and fed up a conveyor belt for collection.
A pneumatic double-clamp handling unit takes the piece from the loading turntable with 6 stations to the trimming station with two heads, where it is tapered and marked and finally unloaded.

UNCOILING LINE FOR LASER SYSTEM

Electronic feeder with rollers and clamps Mod. AERP1015 and uncoiling reel with double mandrel Mod. SD2010ME.

This line automatically serves a laser machine so that metal sheet in coils can be used.
This line consists of:
a double uncoiling reel, electronic feeder with clamps and brake, to pull the metal sheet taut under the laser cutting area, complete with forks for unloading the sheets detached from the coil, with cut and micro-joined shapes.

Technical features:
- Width of coil - min / max = 250 : 1000 [mm]
- Length of pitch - min/max = 500: 1500 [mm]
- Thickness of metal section - min /max = 0,1 : 1
- Coil material = stainless steel steel/tinplate/pickled steel C67

TROWEL PRODUCTION SHEARING LINE

This line is used to obtain sheared trapeze-shaped sections, with settable corners.

This shearing line consists of a motorised uncoiling reel Mod. S30.5, of an electronic feeder, with integrated idle straightener Mod. AE 850 R 500.50F, and an oscillating hydraulic shearing unit Mod. TI60.
