Band Saw Blade Tensioning Bench – Mod. BT 310
The ALIX Mod. BT 310 Tensioning Bench is a machine designed to process the blade by means of opposed rollers, giving the blade body the correct tensioning.
The structure is made of welded steel, with a rigid construction designed to support the blade guide roller assemblies.
A work surface, or anvil, made of hardened and ground steel is integrated flush with the bench and is used for blade body maintenance and inspection operations.
The bench is designed to accommodate different types of Alix tensioning units.
The Mod. BT 310 is suitable for sawmills, band saw blade users and companies specialized in the manufacture and maintenance of band saw blades for log saws that wish to perform blade tensioning, inspection and maintenance operations in-house.
