Electronic Grinding Machine for Band Saw Blades – Mod. RF 130
The Alix Mod. RF 130 grinding machine is designed for grinding the tooth flanks of band saw blades for log saws, tipped with Stellite® or fitted with carbide inserts.
The machine movements are electro-pneumatic and engineered to ensure both precision and smooth operation. All adjustments are manual and displayed by analog indicators.
The overall machine structure, entirely made of welded steel, is compact and extremely rigid in order to guarantee maximum precision during the grinding process.
The vice operates with a dual clamping system: high clamping force during tooth grinding and reduced clamping force during blade feeding.
The grinding head descent also takes place in two distinct stages: fast during the approach phase and slow during the tooth grinding phase.
