Electronic Grinding Machine for Bandsaw Blades – Mod. RF150
The Mod. RF 150 Grinding Machine is designed for machining the tooth flanks of band saw blades for log saws, both with hard-material tipping and with carbide inserts. It is particularly suitable for large sawmills and blade sharpening and maintenance centers.
The structure is made of welded steel and is compact and rigid, ensuring stability during operation and high precision throughout the grinding process. The electro-pneumatic movements are engineered to provide controlled and dynamic motion.
All dynamic adjustments are digitally controlled via the touch-screen panel, while tooth flank grinding adjustment is analog.
The vice operates with a dual clamping system: high clamping force during tooth grinding and reduced clamping force during blade feeding.
The grinding head movement is driven by a system consisting of a servomotor, precision gearbox and ball screw. The downward movement takes place in two distinct stages: fast during the approach phase and slow when grinding the tooth.
The on-board electrical cabinet is equipped with an ergonomically positioned operator panel, featuring clearly identifiable selectors, an integrated tooth counter and complete diagnostics.
