Mechanical Roller Feeders – Mod. A.M.

The Mod. A.M. Mechanical Roller Feeders feature a rigid and compact structure made of welded steel and are equipped with opposed rollers for strip feeding.

The roller movement is synchronously driven by the press eccentric shaft through a lever mechanism, combining high strip pulling force, high feeding speeds and accurate material positioning.

The feed rollers are pressed against each other by means of a low-air-consumption pneumatic system that is easily adjustable.

The mechanical roller feeder is mounted directly onto the press bed and can be adjusted vertically relative to it.
