Welding Bench for Bandsaw Blades – SL310MIG

The Alix welding bench is designed for the welding of band saw blades for log saws, ensuring correct blade positioning, uniform weld seams and controlled treatment of the welded area.

The machine features a rigid welded-steel structure designed to support the blade during preparation, clamping and welding operations.

Once the blade is positioned on the locating plates, the motorized torch travel allows a uniform weld to be produced along the entire blade height.

The welding area includes a tempering unit equipped with temperature-control sensors, helping to reduce stresses generated during the welding process.

The MIG welding unit is installed on the machine, together with the electrical cabinet and control panel, ensuring an orderly and efficient management of the entire working cycle.
