Blanking Line for Trowel Production

The system, designed and manufactured for the production of trowels, integrates a motorized decoiler, an electronic feeder with integrated non-driven straightener, and an oscillating hydraulic shear.

This customized blanking line produces trapezoidal blanks, with cutting angles that can be set according to the customer’s production requirements.

The configuration allows coordinated control of coil decoiling, controlled sheet feeding, strip straightening and angled material cutting, ensuring high cutting accuracy and flexibility in the adjustment of the cutting angles.
