The complete opening of the roller assembly facilitates setup, strip insertion and roller cleaning operations.

Sheet metal traction is provided by the motorized lower roller assembly, with an oil-bath gear transmission to ensure smooth movement, material stability and long-term reliability.

The straightening degree is adjusted through precision mechanical systems, with dedicated indicators for immediate position control.

Loop control is managed by means of an inverter and laser sensor to ensure dynamic straightening performance without damaging the material.
