Electronic roller feeders – A.E./ A.E.B Series

Electronic Roller Feeders are designed for the automatic feeding of sheet metal, strips and coils to industrial presses for sheet metal stamping and processing applications.

Thanks to their robust welded-steel structure, brushless servomotor and patented kinematic system, they ensure accurate positioning and constant material control, helping to reduce errors, scrap and machine downtime.

The motorized and synchronized rollers ensure uniform sheet feeding, even with variable or negative feed pitches and different material thicknesses.

The electronic control system allows easy management of the operating parameters, with position display, piece counter and quick recall of stored configurations/recipes.

Electronic Roller Feeders are available in a complete range of models for strip widths from 200 to 1400 mm, either mounted directly on the press bed (AE Series) or supplied with a self-supporting base (AEB Series).

Both versions can be prepared for the subsequent installation of an idle straightener.
